You need to bake the crust longer than 12 minutes. I baked mine for at least 20. I followed the instructions , melted the chocolate and covered the crust. Chilled for several hours. I had a difficult time cutting the bars. The chocolate chipped and it didn’t look ver attractive. It was too sweet for my taste. I wouldn’t make it again.

Easy to follow
I did whip the whipping cream separately and then folded in to the cream cheese mix. I did have a lot left over after frosted the pound cake. We just ate it as a desert like pudding. I added chocolate liqueur to the coffee.

This was so simple to make. I combined cranberry sauce and pineapple jam for the filling. I made the puff pastry a little larger to add more of the sauce. They are delicious.I used walnuts but you could use pecans, etc.
